(SURVEY) Digital Health Leadership Program

Dear OpenHIE Community,

*** The stewards of the Digital Health Leadership Program (DHLP) have asked us to share this survey with the OpenHIE Community and we hope you will take some time to respond to the survey to
give your input on this exciting program.***

Thanks,

Paul Biondich and Jamie Thomas

Dear colleagues,

Please find attached a short survey about the proposed Digital Health Leadership Program. We would welcome your input as we continue to work on the content design and delivery
of this proposed Program.

This work builds on the WHO AFRO & ITU Joint Digital Health Initiative, and in particular the Lesotho workshop in 2018. Materials from that training are being adapted for
inclusion in the DHL Program.

The Survey document includes a one-page briefing and an Appendix with further information about the design of the DHL Program and its aims.

Please input your responses to the survey questions in the Word document and send to Lesley-Anne by 11:00 am EDT Monday 28 October.

many thanks and best wishes,

Derrick Muneene, Steven Wanyee & Lesley-Anne Long
