Updating the client registry then takes effect to Point of Care

Good Day!

Ms. Jennifer Williams and Sir. Jeremy Keiper we are the research team of the client registry in the Philippines, and we have a project that must involve innovation of the client registry. So what we are planning in the client registry is we are trying to make one of its important function as a master repository.

  • The innovation plan is when we are updating some information in the master repository or the Client Registry, is it must take effect in the Point of Care. (e.g. When you are changing the surname of a certain person in the client registry, the surname of that person must be change in the Point of Care also) so briefly speaking is we are making the connection of point of care to client registry(but in vice versa).
    Based on what Sir. Jeremy Keiper said; the connection between the information of the client registry going to the point of care is not possible. So what we are trying to say is can we also have you both as a adviser in doing this project, also can we ask if you have some relevant documentations regarding the connection of client registry to point of care so that we can have some guide on how we can start this project? Briefly speaking is can you also help us in doing this project?
