As part of being responsive to the communities and the respect of the time commitments the combined IOL and SHR monthly call will be moving the need for a call to an “as required” option. We hope that through the continued use of the mailing lists to ask questions and raise discussion points that crittical discussion points will filter to the top and that these then may be discussed on a community convened call.
What this means practically is that unless requested by any member of the community (i.e. issue has not had sufficient discussion on the mailing lists to draw to completion) the monthly conference calls will fall away.
We have monitored the need and desire for the calls within the community over the past 6 months and have come to a point where we believe this is the best way to serve the community. We encourage all involved to usetilise the mailing lists and to explicitly ask for a call around this (which will trigger a call schedule).
To this point are there any key agenda items that require a call from the various communities for tomorrow?
