Countries and partners interested in implementing IPS, healthcare IT professionals, and stakeholders preparing for the OHIE meeting.

Objective:
To demonstrate the potential for leveraging the IPS framework developed for Sri Lanka so they can construct their own IPS workflows.

    • Overview of the Sri Lanka IPS framework and its components.
    • Key resources and tools available for implementation

Introduction to IPS Framework: This session will introduce participants to the IPS framework used in Sri Lanka, detailing its core components and functionalities. Participants will gain insights into the FHIR IG, solution architecture, design principles, and technological stack that make up the framework. The session will also highlight the key resources and tools that can aid in implementing IPS in different contexts, providing a comprehensive understanding of how to adapt and apply the framework to meet various healthcare needs.

  • Step-by-Step Guide to IPS Implementation:
    • Detailed walkthrough of constructing an IPS workflow.
    • Customising the IPS framework to meet specific country or partner needs.

Participants will be taken through each stage of the implementation process, from initial planning and configuration to integration and testing. The guide will cover how to customise the IPS framework to meet the unique needs of different countries or partners, ensuring that the solution is tailored to their specific healthcare environments. This practical guidance will equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully deploy IPS in their regions.

  • Preparation for OHIE Meeting:
    • Guidance on preparing IPS workflows for the showcase.
    • Criteria and expectations for the OHIE meeting presentations.

Preparation for OHIE Meeting: In preparation for the OpenHIE meeting, this session will help participants on how to showcase their IPS workflows. Attendees will receive detailed instructions on the criteria and expectations for the presentations. The session will cover how to highlight key aspects of their implementations, demonstrate the impact of IPS, and effectively communicate their experiences and lessons learned. This preparation will ensure that participants are well-equipped to present their projects at the OHIE meeting, showcasing their achievements and contributing to the global conversation on healthcare interoperability.
