This weeks: HWR Call - iHRIS Strengthening and NHWA data in Indonesia and the Philippines

Improving the availability and use of quality health workforce data is critical to ensuring a responsive and resilient health system, especially in times of crisis. Mechanisms such as NHWA, combined with tools like HRIS, have proven essential to not only increase data availability and quality, but building enabling environments for use of data to take action on the health workforce. During this session, the USAID funded Human Resources for Health in 2030 Program will share experiences and lessons learned from Indonesia and the Philippines on their implementation of NHWA, and use of HRIS. In addition, participants will gain insights into how previous investments in NHWA and HRIS supported COVID-19 response efforts, and inversely, how COVID-19 response efforts are now influencing NHWA implementation and HRIS use. We are excited to share our experiences! Please come with your questions, comments and own experiences to share!
