Hello OpenHIE community
The Government of Tanzania has drafted a detailed requirements document for a health worker registry / HRHIS, as part of the Data Use Partnership. We would welcome guidance and information from this community as we move forward. Please either reply here or email me on ebaker@path.org if you have ideas or expertise to offer on this, and in particular, how this work in Tanzania can fit in the OpenHIE framework.

Elaine – this sounds like a terrific project. One of the things that might be helpful to know is whether the HWR is being set up on its own or whether it is expected that it will leverage underlying (governed) data sources such as registrar databases from the college of physicians, college of nurses, etc.
