SHR: A rough mapping to FHIR

Hi all,

We have had some good talks about FHIR of late and I wanted to drive the discussion with some concrete examples of how we could map the functionality of an SHR to FHIR. Please take a look at this document to see how I think we could start mapping to FHIR and the reasoning behind this:

Does anyone have any more comments about the proposed FHIR mapping. We are planning to start investing some time into development of a reference application for this work and want to make sure everyone has their say. Please comment and let us know your thoughts.
