Reporting module won’t start, and that’s because it is missing two required modules (htmlwidgets and serialization.xstream). Ryan / Hannes – did you mean to include those in the dropbox folders? Should I just get the latest versions from the module repo?
When I first loaded the staging db, I followed up by loading the updated concept dictionary on top. After that, the 1.9.x upgrade steps failed halfway through the upgrade. I restarted with just the staging db and the upgrade completed just fine. I have not applied the new concept dictionary yet. Is it taken from a 1.9.x system, or what version was it?

For 2 you can just grab the latest htmlwidgets and serialization module. These must have been left off by mistake.
For the concept dictionary, apparently it was generated off of version 1.9.0. If this doesn’t help you apply the updates correctly, let us know the errors it is throwing and we can try help more.

Number 1 should be fixed, I removed a trailing / in the apache proxy config. I was able to login using http://poc-sandbox.ohie.org.
