PMIR and mCSD have been published for public comments. They are open for comments until June 13. Details are here: IHE IT Infrastructure Technical Framework Documents Published

There is a link in each footer to make a new issue for any comments.

PMIR is a conversion to a FHIR IG so there aren’t substantial changes, but all comments are welcome.

mCSD does have a breaking change based on updates around incorporating some additions for MHD support. The main change is the alternate hierarchy extension has been replaced by using OrganizationAffliation resources. A secondary change is the codes used to signify facilities and jurisdictions has been changed to a CodeSystem instead of using URNs.
