OHIE Diagram input

Hello all,
We had a great OHIE conference last week. There was some great feedback on the OHIE diagram. As we move forward and think about how to modify the OHIE diagram to meet your needs, we would like to collect examples of diagrams that are out there. Kindly include diagrams for your project or country and we will use them for input on how we might change the OHIE diagram.

Please put any example diagrams you have in here: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1-0k2MBsEa54XvHslBi7il60XHeYOiJvUZqPj-nhli5E/edit#slide=id.g3dfea76e67_0_146

Thank you.

Jennifer
