Subject: NOTICE: Communication for OpenHIE Architecture & Standards Call Schedule

As of today event invites for OpenHIE Architecture & Standards calls will no longer be directly provided and maintained. You
WILL still receive an email with call reminders and details it is just not sustainable to support every individuals calendar.

We are kindly asking that community members take a few minutes
before Friday, January 9th to;

  1. Add a recurring OpenHIE Architecture & Standards Call event to your calendar;

  2. Subject: OpenHIE Architecture & Standards Call

  3. When: Every 2nd Monday & last Friday (excluding holidays) from 10:00-11:00 AM Eastern Time,
    regardless of whether standard or daylight saving time is being observed.*(see other time zones)

  5. Note: The day of the call please go to the

    OpenHIE Architecture call page     and select today’s meeting to sign yourself into the meeting.
    (*You will also find the agenda and minutes from previous meetings.)

  6. Delete any current event invites you have for the OpenHIE Architecture & Standards call on your calendar, should only have one recurring event on the 2nd
    Monday & last Friday of the month.

We apologies for any inconvenience this causes for people however with the wonderful growth of our community it is just not sustainable to maintain this level of support.
