I’m Alvin from AeHIN and we’re compiling various solutions architecture for OpenHIE and their economic requirements for a country. Would you have a costing framework/model for the MFR? Like for example, how much will it cost a country (of 100 million population) to establish an MFR?

Hi Alvin - we have some basis for this kind of estimate from a couple different implementations. It would be interesting to share notes on how it went in the Philippines and see if these numbers are similar.
I'll try to pull some of the basics together next week - along with a few assumptions to qualify it.
