Hi Alvin - I think we need to specify XDS.b (which supercedes XDS) and since we’ve listed ATNA we should also list CT, which is its “companion”.
In my view, it is important to list at least one content profile. These tend to vary based on the implementation, but it may be worthwhile to identify APS and IC as examples. Also, the OpenSHR supports the “on demand document” (ODD) option of XDS.b, which is very powerful and may be employed to return a health summary record for a client. The content profile of this is a superset of the XDS-MS profile (but the exact CDA sections depend on what content has been uploaded… it basically returns everything).
