IHE Commitment and Europe Connectathon testing

Re: Commitment to IHE and European IHE testing

All, We have a great track record of working with IHE to develop profiles and we are looking forward to strengthening our relationship with IHE. This week we are participating in testing mCSD and a couple of other profiles at the North America
Connectathon. We were also aiming toward participating in the European IHE connectathon to test MHD, ADX and a couple of other profiles. However, the factors outlined below have led us toward a decision to wait and test ADX, MHD and other profiles at the
2019 connectathon.

Factors driving us to wait until the next round of testing:

  1. The ADX profile is new and there was only one other participant looking to test ADX at the connectathon. We do not believe this is a reflection of the profile, but the time it takes to mature the profile.

  2. HEARTH was the main software that Jembi was planning to test with MHD, PIXm and a few other profiles. There is value in waiting until we have a stronger OHIE presence and more time to mature the software.

This decision is one of timing and OHE remains committed to strengthening our relationship with IHE through leadership and participation in profile development, use and advocating IHE standards and developing other pathways for participation.
Tomorrow I will be crafting a message to share with the European Connectathon representatives that we were working with.
