I prefer Dec 14 morning. If possible, I’d like to also align an AeHIN meeting with the same group since we’ve adopted OpenHIE as our draft architecture in the region…
I prefer to have a quick but structured informal update from each community leader (I can present AeHIN being one such community leader in the region), an opportunity for the audience to ask questions and then a less formal mingling right after…

IntraHealth is interested in facilitating an OpenHIE meet up to coincide with the event, and have put together a few questions to determine what would be of most interest to this group:

· Would you prefer a facilitated discussion session or an informal opportunity for community members to meet and mingle?
· We’re looking at either the Monday before the Forum or the Thursday morning after. What would work best with travel schedules?
· Are there any strong opinions one way or the other?
If possible, please let us know your thoughts by mid-week so we can begin to put a plan in place.
