In the spirit of knowledge sharing I would like to ask those who have 1-2 extra minutes to fill out a questionnaire for Nelson Bore, developer for Academic Model Providing Access to Healthcare (AMPATH), for his grad school research project
regarding health information syncing between multiple sites. His target audience are those who work with the patients (i.e. doctors, nurses, etc.) because they are the ones who receive patient data and store it either in an EMR or in hard copy files.
