I wanted to let you know that the health financing sub community has been working hard to draft the workflows concerning enrollment, coverage and other items related to health financing. You can follow along with how they are thinking about this work in this google doc.
Look for this work to be discussed further at an OHIE Architecture meeting this spring. If you would like to engage, the group meets on a regular basis as described on the wiki page.
