Does your research involve combining multiple datasets**

from more than one source?**

**Research involving the combination of more than one dataset from a variety of different sources is challenging right!? **
IJPDS is dedicating a Special Issue to ‘Cross-centre Working in Data-intensive Research’ so that your knowledge and experiences can be shared with the wider data science community.
We would be delighted to receive article submissions on this important topic and, if you would like to submit your research for publication, then you might want to approach it from one of two angles:
a) Outcome based cross-centre research – can you demonstrate added value in terms of the diversity and depth of questions can be answered using combined data that would not have otherwise been practical to address?
b) Practical issues in cross-centre working – Tell us about the challenges you encountered in combining data such as technical, procedural or permission-based, how you addressed them, and what models of data access you adopted.
The closing date for submissions for this Special Issue is 30th November 2017, and there are no APC fees to pay (until 31st December 2017).
Various manuscript types are welcome. Please visit the IJPDS website’s Author Guidelines for further information https://ijpds.org/author-guidelines.

We look forward to hearing from you!
