We will discuss the draft in the April 3 call
today. Fredrik and I appreciate your input on the draft, including general agreement on statements/framework, additional components, use
case structure:, cetailed list of sub-tasks from each contributor to be
submitted, resources, local governments, and project plan and schedule. Feedback and
contributions are requested by April 16 (after your taxes.)
