FHIR Training - What should OHIE be promoting

Hello all,
I wanted to let you know that this week there have been several community calls where FHIR training needs were mentioned and/or requested. From OpenHIE, we have been pointing to PATH’s work. However, there was also mention of Jembi and others.

Are there other places that OHIE should be pointing to help people get connected with FHIR training?

Here is what we have now:

Please let me know if there are other items that OHIE can do to get the word out on what is available.

I think it would be really helpful to briefly mention the differences between major types of FHIR IGs because the growing education around SMART Guidelines (L3 FHIR structured) is causing some confusion - hoping to write a post here about that shortly :slight_smile:

@technical_committee can we put our heads together to

  1. Identify where FHIR training is accessible
  2. Identify gaps or additional FHIR training needed?
  3. Identify someone who can write an article about the different types of FHIR IGs available?
