EXAMPLES WANTED (Help desk and Ticketing)

Have you or an implementing partner implemented an HIS ticketing system?
Are you aware of implementation teams of MOHs that have help desk / or ticketing systems to help manage their HIS implementations?

We are looking for some contacts that we could ask about their experience and what they have learned. Please share any leads you might have to help us as we partner with the Jembi team to create some training related to supporting HIS systems.
