Representatives from Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) will participate in the next call of the eHealth Professionals Knowledge Network to share their efforts toward running and managing a help desk. The team will share the scope of their implementation, the tools being utilized, the policies/processes they have in place, and additional advice they have to share with others seeking to begin this work.

Free Course on End-User Support in Digital Health Now Available!
A new, free course is now available for those who are planning, managing or engaging in supporting one or more digital health applications! The Digital Health: End-User Support course provides an overview of help desk management frameworks and practices.
