Hope everyone is well. We are working on eHA as a part of a data use partnership project in Ethiopia. Jennifer Shivers and I are interested in trying to identify ways that organizations/countries are using to curate facility registries. The following two questions reflect our conversations:
Does anyone have SOPs /written processes / lessons learned that can be shared about how to curate and maintain facility registries?
If you do, is it possible to get copies and/or references to these processes?

but I don’t know where they should send (since it probably isn’t only us that wants to see these things..)

Good afternoon -

Per our last plan review call, please find included options for creating a regular status communication regarding our work (GHI) on the DUP project. There are several templates in the slide deck; the first seems to fit our need the most. We could do one slide that covers all work streams or a one-page slide for each…. In addition we should send the updated and statused plan. An example is included.
1. Overall
2. eHA/Interoperability
3. Data Warehouse
4. NHDD

Please respond with your thoughts on our status communication. Thank you!

Kind regards,
Kim

Jennifer, did you look at what Niamh sent? Is there something there that we can borrow?
It amazes me that we have nothing from the contractor to use, but I don’t think that there is anything.

All,
I don’t see where MFR curation processes fit on here. We need to get something going on this or the interoperability pilot won’t succeed.
Thanks!
Jennifer

Good afternoon -

Per our last plan review call, please find included options for creating a regular status communication regarding our work (GHI) on the DUP project. There are several templates in the slide deck; the first seems to fit our need the most. We could do one slide that covers all work streams or a one-page slide for each…. In addition we should send the updated and statused plan. An example is included.
1. Overall
2. eHA/Interoperability
3. Data Warehouse
4. NHDD

Please respond with your thoughts on our status communication. Thank you!

Kind regards,
Kim
