In an effort to share tools and documents that support the development and implementation of health worker registries, we have put together this HWR Data Sharing Agreement Template. Originally developed as part of the roll out of a National Health Worker Registry in Nigeria, the template has been modified so that it can be utilized by any country implementing a HWR.
We welcome your feedback on this first draft, and hope you will look it over and provide comments within the document.
