Details for Architecture Meeting in Indianapolis in February

Hello Architecture Team!

As you know we are planning an architecture meeting in Indianapolis for
Mon Feb 3 through Wed Feb 5.

We have created a wiki page for this event.

https://wiki.ohie.org/display/resources/2014+Architecture+Meeting±+Indianapolis

Although we are still working on all the logistics, we wanted you to have this eMail before the Architecture call on Monday 1/13 since logistics of the meeting are a topic on the agenda.

We will start Monday 2/3 at noon so most can travel to Indy on Monday morning.

We will end at 5pm on Wed 2/5 so most can travel home that evening.

We at Regenstrief will cover the costs for Monday lunch, Tuesday breakfast & lunch and Wed breakfast & lunch. We will make arrangements for a group dinner on Mon & Tue, but each individual will cover their own
meal.

We will book hotel rooms for the group, but each individual will be responsible for paying the hotel bill during check out.

Please send your air schedule when you have it so we can hold the appropriate number of rooms for each night and accommodate the needs of our long distant travelers, those coming from the IHE Connectathon and
anyone that is arriving on Sunday or staying over Wednesday night.

We will assist with local transportation to/from the hotel and Regenstrief office.

More details posted to the wiki page, so please check it often.

For those of you that are funded through Cardno, travel was not included in the approved budgets, so you will need to contact Cardno for approval and disbursement of funds. Please contact me directly if you foresee
any challenges with covering the cost of traveling to this event.

Thank you for making time for this event and we look forward to hosting you in Indy in February!
