Sincere apologies @jstclair for not getting a proper meeting notice out about this call in time. The Privacy & Security group has shifted meeting time by an hour & will now meet at 3pm UTC / 10 am ET on the second Friday each month.

Yes, we moved the meeting 1 hour later.
Unfortunately, I have an emergency change of schedule today and will not be able to join
