Update on POC and SHR servers

Using the modules and data provided by Ryan and Hannes (Jembi), we continued setup of the POC and SHR servers yesterday. All modules installed fine, but we had a few hiccups with the SQL files. Specifically:

  • POC – when importing newdictionary_21_august.sql, two tables could not be created: concept_map and concept_source. These tables should exist in the 1.8.x data model, so I am not sure what is going on here.
  • SHR – when importing the data from dropbox, two tables could not be created: concept_reference_source and concept_reference_map. These tables do not exist in the 1.8.x data model – is the SHR OpenMRS server meant to be running at a higher version?
  • SHR – after installing the data and restarting Tomcat, we now see an error page indicating the liquibase changeset checksums no longer match. This can be viewed at http://shr-sandbox.ohie.org:8080/openmrs/
Ryan / Hannes – can you comment on these?

Hi Jeremy,

I’ll take a look at this and revert shortly. We’ve also starting setting up puppet scripts to setup the poc and shr instances and will share that with the team as well.

Regards

Wayne

Hi Jeremy,

Just some quick notes while Wayne interfaces with our Rwandan team to get what you need:

  • It looks like the PoC dictionary that we included is an older one.
  • The SHR info that we gave was for 1.9.x - sorry about not clarifying this.
    Cheers,

Ryan
