My choice is #1 (1.png)

What I like in #1 is the fact that with the image (logo) we can also still read the name “OpenHIE”. And the image is so distinct.

What I don’t like in #2 is that when you are a little bit far, you almost miss the name “OpenHIE”. i.e. the image (logo) almost rules over the name (OpenHIE).
