OHIE Architecture Face-to-Face Meeting Proposal

Hello all,
Ensuring that we evolve the architecture and plan for the future is essential in ensuring that OpenHIE continues to meet the needs of implementers. To continue to ensure we are moving toward the future together, there has been a desire to have
a face-to-face architecture meeting to work through architecture topics that are not as easily discussed in virtual meetings. Since there is going to be an OHIE meeting in Arusha, the OHIE Architecture team is proposing having a face-to-face architecture
meeting a day before the Arusha meeting starts. The draft proposal is here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rcf75x_aL1T1N3FhJDPvfhM5kuhzMUvrEc0R9X7hb6c/edit .
The logistics of finding a meeting room and paying for the meeting room can be covered.

We are interested in understanding who might already be planning to attend the Arusha meeting and if having a face-to-face architecture discussion before that meeting would be desirable. Please let us know your thoughts on this proposal.
