Mark, I didn’t see an email thread for the question:

I think this is a very good question to ask!

I’ve started this question on a new email thread…

(Of course I see the V2 backbone thread touches on this,

but the question has implications around the OpenSHR and OpenHIM communities,

and so I feel explicit handling of the question is important)
